You are invited to our running drills session on a Thursday evening. We meet on the Riverfront, under George Street Bridge by Castle Bingo. The sessions are suitable for all running abilities and are free of charge. All runners take part at their own risk.If you are planning on attending the session, please indicate this by clicking on "Going". This will help us monitor numbers and plan sessions accordingly.
