Come join us for a runners/walkers focused session of yoga led by our friend and yoga instructor Emily! She will take participants through an hour long workout that will utilize key poses and stretches to help work out any soreness or tightness you may be experiencing. If you're participating in the upcoming race (Saturday, March 1st), this is a great way to ensure you're loosened up for success. It is $10 per participant that can be paid upon arrival to the store. Don't let angry muscles keep you from having a great race!
