In this workshop, you will learn how to make running safe and effective for your body.
Learn proper methods of strength training to prepare not only your muscles, but also your tendons, ligaments and bones for running.
Dylan will also go over proper progressions, and how to manage your mileage for maximum effectiveness.
Sessions will take place Monday and Wednesday, at 5:30 PM (No class on Memorial Day)
