Running is hard on your body. Long distance running especially.
Short strides restrict your range of motion. Repetitive movements over use some muscles and under use others. Your body experiences a force equal to 3X your body weight with every step. These are the perfect conditions for creating chronic hard-to-heal injuries.

This 4-week recovery series will balance major muscle groups, improve range of motion and lay the foundation to go further, faster, pain-free next season.
