Learn how to prepare for and minimize running risks in this Runner Safety Presentation by Varinka Ensminger an accomplished runner and a former forensic detective for the Lexington Police Department.
Pulling from her wealth of experience, Varinka will cover topics such as situational awareness, safety equipment, and self-defense.
Participants will be entered to win a free pair of ASICS shoes (court or daily trainers).
