WitchRunes offers in person rune readings at Ascended Gifts, LLC every Tuesday from Noon - 6pm. Readings are $40 for 15 minutes and $80 for 30 minutes.
What are runes?
The 24 runes of the Elder Futhark are frequently associated with the vikings. At their most basic level, the norse runes were used as the written language of the ancient Norse people. However, there are many more layers and uses to these symbols. Each rune has its own unique meaning and, when used collectively, can be used as a method of divination similar to Tarot or oracle cards.
How does a rune reading work?
Come prepared with a question or general theme that you would like guidance on. If arriving with a specific question, be sure that it is open ended as the runes do not answer yes or no questions. Once your question or theme is identified, we will work together to choose a rune spread which will allow for the clearest answer. From there, you will pull the runes and I will use my knowledge and intuition to share with you their meaning.
