Get ready to move, stretch and flow at Rundle Mall’s Biggest Yoga Session, where you’ll join 400 fellow yoga enthusiasts of all ages and abilities practicing mindfulness down the entire length of the Mall to support mental health in Australia.
All participants will receive an official WellFest Adelaide gift bag valued at over $150, including a yoga mat, Rundle Mall shopping voucher, Rundle Mall x Frank Green water bottle, a coffee voucher and more. After the session concludes at 9:00am, you're invited to stay and enjoy juice from Juice Institute and nutritious protein smoothies from Happy Way as you head off to grab a coffee and shop the biggest range and best brands in Rundle Mall.
100% of proceeds from ticket sales go directly to Beyond Blue's 24/7 Support Service, which gives every person in Australia the opportunity to talk through their concerns with a trained mental health professional. People who access the service can receive a brief one-on-one counselling session to address an immediate concern, as well as receive information and advice on continuing to seek support.
Please arrive at your designated check-in desk at 7:15am for a 8:00am start.
Please note: late-comers or no-shows to the session will have their spot and gift bag reallocated. The gift bag may only be redeemed at the event check-in and is not able to be collected post-event. Photographers and videographers will be present during the event - please notify staff if you do not wish to be photographed.
