Simply show up at our run. Our training sessions are free of charge and no membership is required.
?What to wear:
We recommend Light/reflective clothing so that you can easily be seen in the dark and don't forget to wear your mask

Runclub is active 5 to 7 times a week and we have a mix of beginners and experienced runners. Runners in our group are mainly Vietnamese nationals but we have runners from many countries.
