We're back again for our second Tuesday run of the new year, and this week it's England Athletics' #RunAndTalk week! The #RunAndTalk programme, supported by Mind – the mental health charity, has been created with the aim of improving mental health through running in England.
We'll be meeting at 6.15pm in the SU foyer, before heading outside to do a warm-up together at around 6.25pm. Then we'll split into our usual 6 ability groups, from the beginners 4km run/walk group all the way up to the fast group 10km at 4.30 min/km.
Whatever your pace, there's a group suitable for you - just ask the run leaders if you are not sure which group to join.
The run will take around 1 hour, after which we'll head to the SU bar for food and drinks. Feel free to drop us a message if you have any questions. Otherwise, we'll see you there! :-)
