We're back again this week for our usual Tuesday Run.We'll be meeting at 6.15pm by the Whitworth Hall where we'll do a warm-up together at around 6.25pm.
Then we'll split into our usual 6 ability groups, from the beginners 4km run/walk group all the way up to the fast group 10km at 4.30 min/km.
Whatever your pace, there's a group suitable for you - just ask the run leaders if you are not sure which group to join.
The run will take around 1 hour, after which we'll head to the SU bar for food and drinks.
