About this Event
Join the Yagas Childrens Fund Inc. for the 28th Annual Wild Game & BBQ Cook-Off! Kick off the event with the Friday Welcome Social, followed by the Saturday morning 5K fun run, and finish the event with some delicious wild game and free-flowing beverages! Proceeds go to the wonderful beneficiaries of Yaga's Children's Fund.

Be sure to wear your medal all day Saturday, May 11th for VIP access to the Pacifico tent! The medal grants you entry into the tent starting at 11:00am. You will receive a punch card for (8) 3oz beer samples, have access to seats, TVs, and more!

Throughout the 27 years of the event, and now entering the 28th, the Yaga’s Children’s Fund has allocated an excess of $1,900,000 for Galveston County children’s charities. The current volunteer board works hard year-round to fund numerous charities with the assistance of generous sponsors and cook teams. The Wild Game Cook-off is now the premiere spring event in Galveston! We hope you sign up and come out to show your support!
