Run/Walk Club at Jefferson Fit meets every Tuesday at 6pm.This Run/Walk Club is open to members and non-members and is built for consistency, community, and movement—at your pace.
How it works:
6:00 PM – Group warm-up + dynamic stretch at the gym, led by Cassie
6:10–6:15 PM – Head out together
Route – Payne Park + Legacy Trail
Distance – ~5K (about 3 miles)
Pace – Self-paced (run or walk)
You can run the whole thing, mix running and walking, or walk it out. No pressure. Stay with the group or break off as needed.
