Ready to run towards a better you? ๐โโ๏ธ๐จJoin Run to Wellbeing, a new group designed to help you improve your fitness, boost your mental health, and connect with nature. This is a space for everyone, regardless of your running abilityโit's about giving back to yourself and others!
Just a friendly reminder: participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Sessions are ยฃ5 per person, with all proceeds going to Fulfilment in Nature to help us create more community projects right here in Norfolk.
We run twice a week, every Monday and Wednesday, with three different checkpoints and flexible times to fit your schedule:
6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Each checkpoint is just over a mile, so you can choose to run one section or the entire route.
