Hey everyone,Welcome to our group Run to Sauna!
IMPORTANT! Participating is free of charge, but places in the sauna are limited. We don't like to turn people away at the door, so please reserve your spot in MeetUp, by sending an RSVP: https://www.meetup.com/miitti1/events/
We will meet every Wednesday at 18:30 outside the oldest sauna in Helsinki. The running portion of the event usually takes around 40 minutes, after which there is time to relax in the sauna till 20:30.
The route we typically take is around 5 kilometers at a brisk pace, but everyone is welcome to join us! Just do what is comfortable for you.
Dress according to weather, on winter time it's good to have some layers, non-slippery shoes and a reflector.
Remember also to bring a towel and something cool to drink after the run!

Nyt on taas aika jatkaa Run to Sauna tapahtumaa.
Tapaamme joka keskiviikko kello 18:30 Helsingin vanhimman saunan edessä. Tapahtuman juoksuosuus kestää yleensä noin 40 minuuttia, jonka jälkeen pääsee saunaan rentoutumaan kello 20:30 saakka. Juoksureittimme on noin 5 kilometriä, joka juostaan reippaaseen tahtiin, mutta jokainen on tervetullut mukaan tapahtumaan.
Muista ottaa mukaan sään mukaiset varusteet, pyyhe sekä jotain kylmää juotavaa juoksen jälkeen nautittavaksi.
