It's test day – race against yourself! Join us at to test your fitness with a 12-minute 'Cooper test'.
What is a Cooper test?
Basically, run as far as you can in 12 minutes, then record the distance covered.
The Cooper Test was developed in 1968 by Kenneth Cooper, MD, and is still used today. It can provide a useful estimate of your VO2 Max, which is how well your body can use oxygen during exercise.
