Run RST (Run Reset)
A Monthly Community Run + Recovery Experience
Run RST is a monthly community run designed for all levels hosted by Dr Patrick Rushing, with a focus on moving your body, connecting with others, and prioritizing recovery afterward.
Each month, runners will meet for a relaxed group run with two distance options — 2 miles or a 5K — so you can choose what works best for you. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, just getting started, or somewhere in between, all paces are welcome. This is not a race — it’s about showing up and enjoying the run. Before each run, we will begin with a guided warm up.
After the run, participants are invited back to the office to reset with complimentary recovery services. This is a chance to experience recovery tools that help your body feel better, move better, and recover smarter — especially after logging some miles.
Run RST is about building consistency, community, and sustainable movement. Come solo or bring a friend, meet other local runners, and make recovery part of your routine.
