Session will take place on the path at the Morse Park.Details of the session are:
WU/CD: 10 minute easy running
Long Vo2 Max Session
4min @ 80% Vo2 Max effort 2min @ 55% recovery effort
Repeat x 5 (30min)
Great overall conditioning session that works endurance with duration, speed with effort and aerobic capacity with rep time. This is great way to start July and the push onto Spring!
Location - Lions Berry Park, Lions Club Drive, Bathurst.
Cost- $10 for casual runners $5 for RUN RIOT clients and under 16's.
