Join us on September 13th at ASUMH/McCabe Park for a powerful community event dedicated to hope, healing, and suicide awareness.This 5K run/walk is about more than miles — it’s about showing up for those we’ve lost, those who are struggling, and those who need to know they are not alone. Together, we’re breaking the silence, spreading awareness, and reminding each other that every life matters.
This is event will start at 7:30 for registration and shirt pick up, and the run/walk will begin at 8:00. The Run/walk will start at ASUMH Trail Head, and go through McCabe Park, and finish again at ASUMH.
