Meet for 10am to run a 4 1/2 mile route around Penshaw in memory of Dave. Congregate at the bottom of steps of Penshaw Monument. This run will be an easy group run where no one is left behind. Please come along and celebrate Dave's life by doing what he loved, trail running.
If you want to join in but don't fancy a trail run, how about running around Herrington Park and meeting us afterwards, or meeting up after your normal Sunday run?
The Monument pub will be serving tea/coffee for 50p/cup in addition to the normal bar, so bring some spare change.
