About this Event
Run Fit Crew invites the Bowie community and those in surrounding areas to join us for a group run on the WB&A Trail at Horsepen Branch Park located at 8603 Race Track Rd.
We do not run the entire time. Run Fit Crew follows a run-walk method for example: run 30 seconds, walk 1 minute, repeat. This run is ideal for individuals at a beginner fitness level i.e. people who walk regularly but do not run, or are returning to running.
The run will be led by RRCA certified run coach, Army Veteran and Bowie resident, Coach Patricia.
All attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver to participate. This run may be cancelled due to inclement weather and rescheduled for a later date.
We will have Run Fit Crew t-shirts available for $20 while supplies last.
