The holidays are over, and the Frontrunner Run Club is officially back for the new season! We’ve missed the crew, and we’re ready to hit the pavement.Week one is all about the "catch-up." We’re meeting at the shop to trade Christmas stories and New Year’s goals before heading out. To get back into the flow, we’re keeping it light:
The Run: A nice, easy 30-minute loop around the Heathcote River.
The Groups: Coached pace groups for everyone—from first-timers to seasoned pros.
The Vibe: All-inclusive, supportive, and social.
