Get ready to lace up your trainers and get the babies at the ready! come and join me for RUN BABY RUN SUNDAY SOCIAL Coventry. It doesn't matter if you're new to fitness, you're a running pro or you just want to meet new mum friends and gain some simple walking steps in the process. So come walk, jog, run or fly.... Ultimately this is about making you feel good inside out and creating a ROARsome community of supportive women together.
- NO specialised running prams or equipment needed, just you, baby and your current pram.
?The event is designed to be a safe supportive space for women and their baby/toddlers to come along, meet some like-minded mum friends and get some fitness/steps in at the same time. Lets embrace each other and the power in movement and outdoors, not only for physical health but mental wellbeing aswell.
A Little taster of my story and MY WHY ?
After struggling with perinatal illness and definitely losing myself a little/a lot. I vowed at the start of 2023 to make a change. Since then i have transformed myself physically but most importantly mentally. Without fitness and the outdoors I don’t feel I could have done it and I want to share this power. Back then I remember feeling all alone and wondering if anyone else felt the way i did, i wish i could have had a supportive space like the community i am now creating. So please if you fancy to come along, WALK, JOG or RUN then please grab your FREE ticket.
