Run 2013. This Sunday's run is at 11am from the Cross Keys, Wanborough, SN4 0AP. Your hares are Mudplugger and Bumflasher. If you're new to this, here's the blurb:
NWH3 is a social running/walking club, everyone is welcome no fitness, skill or membership required.
The hares lay a trail in self-raising flour (so please don't be alarmed by piles of white powder!) across footpaths and bridleways. The pack follows on, usually cross country and about 5 miles for runners and 3 miles for walkers. We all meet up for drinks and fun in the pub afterwards.
Run or walk, all ages and abilities welcome. Non-competitive, social group. See you On On 👣
