Let's slow our pace a bit, and practice longer holds, and slower transitions while listening to the famous writings of Rumi. Rumi is known for his deep and potent words, often channeled through whirling dance. We'll share some thoughts, and have some time to think about what he wrote as we pause in our poses.

Sensory Notes: Please dress for comfort. What else to bring: Please bring water and any other props you may have and enjoy using, and dress for comfort. Bolsters, when possible, or a firm couch cushion, or double stuffed pillowcase, can be very helpful in slower paced classes.
Parking: Parking is free and available at The Anchorage
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
