Rumbo Tumba

A craftsmen of organic loops, a one man orchestra playing, recording and mixing traditional wooden instruments in real time, taking South American folklore and Andean music to the future. Electro acoustic music project by the argentine Facundo Salgado, that experiments fusing rhythms and sound textures from different parts of South America - principally from the Andean region - with urban beats such as Dub, Hip Hop and House. Rumbo Tumba's music harmonizes the deep emotions of living in contact with nature and the everyday dynamics of large cities, bridging the gap between two worlds that often seem antagonistic. Mountains and cities, earth and asphalt, wood and electricity merge together to give birth to his sound.

Parking is limited at the venue so please utilize the three public parking lots in Town. One is across from the Post Office, one is behind Berkshire Bank and the other is just off Main Street. They are clearly marked. Do not park at Trúc Orient Express Restaurant or the Post Office or you might receive a ticket.
