Here we go, Charleston; a first look at Washington, DC’s newest concept, RUMBLE FISH ⚡🐟Chef Chaz Brown (Bravo’s Top Chef: Texas S9 alum and Around the World in 80 Plates), formerly Chef de Cuisine at NYC’s Fatty Crab, is bringing a crispy, coastal, Afro-Caribbean-leaning fish fry to our backyard for a one-night preview of his DC concept! 
He’s teaming up with Chef & author Amethyst Ganaway; Charleston culinary voice and award-winning writer with bylines in The New York Times, Food & Wine, Serious Eats and more; recipient of the Les Dames d’Escoffier International Legacy Culinary Award (2020 & 2021)
Rounding out the squad is Chef Elaina Ruth; currently starring on FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen Season 24 and a recent Food Network Chopped competitor, bringing serious fire to the fryer!
Expect an amazing and delicious menu of locally sourced, responsibly caught fried seafood with sustainability-minded sourcing at the core.
Some classic fixin’s, house sauces, and a few chef-driven surprises…
Why Charleston first? Because, as Chef Chaz says, “if you’re opening a fried fish restaurant, you bring it to the people who know good fried fish.”
