Come join us for an epic showdown at Rumble! This 1 day comp will be taking place at Rosslyn Park FC, alongside the London Floodlit 7s rugby festival. This event is fully inclusive for all levels. Teams of 4 (2 men, 2 women) with a masters category for a combined team age of 140+. There will be 4 events throughout the day, with a showdown final for the top teams. Expect bodyweight movements, barbells and machines; no complex gymnastics.
