About this Event

ADRE is enforcing parts of the Commissioner’s Rules and Statutes that address advertising issues. Taking many agents and brokers by surprise, they are getting into trouble. One common misconception is that there are new rules however, these rules and statutes have been around for decades. The increase in enforcement is partly due to the flood of complaints to ADRE from members of the public. We review how this affects websites, social media, YouTube videos, teams and nicknames.
