Later session for those that need to drop kids at school. If you need to get fit up for a demo RUKSAK or RUKVEST, arrive 15 mins before the start time to be ready.
We will have heaps of demos in the trailer for everyone in this group.
We will head back toward the Parkrun start at Fairy Meadow for an out and back (around 5kms), expect it to take 45-60 mins in total.
Tom the film guy will be taking video and photos of the event, so let us know if there is any problems with this.
