This unique off-road duathlon includes a 1.8 mile trail run, 5.8 mile mountain bike ride and a 1.8 mile trail run. The race covers over 1000 feet of total elevation gain, all inside of the Premier Health Atrium Medical Center Bike Park. This is a non-chip timed event. Food trucks and vendors will be set up during the event.Course Description:
The race will begin at the Bike Park Shelter. Runners will run a clockwise loop on the gravel Perimeter Trail, then enter the original Mountain Bike Trails, following clockwise out to Lebanon Road and back to the Jumpline Start Hill. Runners will transition to their bikes and enter the new Mountain Bike Trails, complete two counter-clockwise loops, then a clockwise loop on the Cyclocross course and back to the Jumpline Start Hill. Riders will then transition back to running the same trail loop ran previously. The finish will be at the Bike Park Shelter. The trail run has 150 feet elevation gain, with smooth surfaces and one creek crossing. The mountain bike portion is more technical with over 700 feet elevation gain with a downhill flow section to start the course. Riders should be comfortable with intermediate difficulty trail riding.
Other Items:
Mountain Bikes are highly recommended. All participants must wear helmets during the biking portion of the race. No rental bikes will be available. No e-bikes allowed in race.
In the event of trail closure due to muddy conditions, all race registrations will be deferred to 2026. No refunds will be given.
