Important Weather Policy

Drone shows are highly sensitive to weather, and if weather conditions prevent Rudolph from proceeding as planned, the event will be rescheduled to a new date at the same venue.

Tickets are non-refundable in the case of rescheduling due to weather. Contingency dates include but are not limited to Monday 22nd December, Tuesday 23rd December & Wednesday 24th December 2025 and ticket holders will be contacted via SMS and email with updates.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with safety guidelines and accept the possibility of rescheduling the event to the contingency dates.
