Rudeboy Productions are celebrating 30 years of dj'ing together. Murph & Mabbs met at first school and have been friends for 50 years. Two Tone was a big influence throughout teenage years and was the gateway to reggae music. in 1996 Rudeboy Productions was formed from a series of nights at The Fox in Bisley. The early nights started armed with some 2nd hand speakers, a cheap cd mixer and a bundle of Two Tone cds and Trojan compilations. From there Rudeboy Productions starting putting on their own events around Woking and raising money for local charities, teaming up with Kane FM. After dj'ing at Undercover Festival in Bisley Murph & Mabbs were invited to join Radio Woking and the Reggae & Ska Show was born. The boys did 8 years together before Mabbs left to set up WMR and then join Totally Wired Radio. Murph continues to do the Reggae & Ska Show and also has joined Bootboy Radio. Since the early days in Woking Rudeboy Productions have gone on to guest at Undercover Festival, Guilfest, Byline and Skinhead Reunion to name a few. In recent years the boys have been out dj'ing individually but to celebrate 30 years together Rudeboy Productions are back to throw a all day party celebrating the music they love. Some friends will be joining the celebrations throughout the day at the start of the world tour. Details tbc....
