Tournament Overview
Welcome to the Rubicon at Kissimmee! This exciting one-day Warhammer 40K event features:
- Three Competitive Rounds
- Rankings with I.T.C., SGA, and UTC systems
- Intense action using the latest Pariah Nexus Tournament Companion ruleset (VERSION 1.4)
Entry Fee: $25 (Cash Only). Pay the TO/Head Judge upon arrival.

Army Building Guidelines
- Armies must be 2000 points or less.
- Follow the "Muster Armies" rules (pages 55-56).
- Rosters are locked for the entire tournament.
- Bring tangible or digital copies of your index or codex (Unofficial sources like Wahapedia or BattleScribe are not valid).
- Ensure you have all tools and rules needed for gameplay.
- Both T.O.s and opponents can access your army’s rules.

Event Rules
- Round Duration: Three 3-hour rounds, with 5 minutes for pairing.
- Missions: Selected from 10th Edition Pariah Nexus Tournament Companion.
- Time Management: Clocks are optional but cannot be weaponized. Ask the Head Judge for permission to use one.
Time Breakdown for a Typical Game:
- Pre-Game Setup & Secondary Selection: 5 Minutes
- Deployment: 10 Minutes
- Turn 1: 20 Minutes
- Turn 2: 20 Minutes
- Turn 3: 15 Minutes
- Turn 4: 10 Minutes
- Turn 5: 10 Minutes
Additional Rules:
- Current index/codex, FAQs, Errata, and Dataslates are legal until their specified expiration dates.
- The T.O. reserves the right to make rule changes if necessary.

Penalties for Late List Submission
- 10-Point Deduction to Round 1 and a Yellow Card for late lists.
- If the tournament fills up and your list is still unsubmitted, you’ll forfeit your spot and be placed on a waitlist.

Painting, Modelling & Composition
- Models must be at least primed to qualify for paint points.
- Conversions: Submit conversion approvals and rules questions by [INSERT DATE]. Email: [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])
- No Proxies Allowed.
- "Counts As" models require prior approval.
- Converted models must maintain the original silhouette and base size.
- Visibility Rules: Based on the original model size; opponents may target the entire converted model.
