This is it! Our first RUBBER SOCIAL for 2025 is locked and loaded for;

It’s a RUBBER RUBDOWN TAKEOVER of GROUSE’s “Old Mate’s Disco”.
And what a MOMENTUS Occasion it is set to be.
This will be our official introduction of our 2025 Title Holder Elliott Eve to our gorgeous Melbourne Rubber Community.
It will also be your official MEET THE COMMITTEE event.
We will be raising funds for Elliott’s quest for the International Title.
And you can chat to us about the committee and what we do / what we have planned / how you can join us.
But mostly – this is your chance to catch up with your rubber family in a casual setting – dress up or down, lube up or down, and enjoy a drink now that the autumn weather is being kinder on our sweat glands than that summer was.
PLUS: GROUSE will have DJs playing from 3pm for their regular “Old Mate’s Disco” for anyone down for a rubber boogie.
If you are new to the scene and wanting to dip your toe into the world of rubber and get to know us please come along! This is a free event in a public space – no tickets or memberships required – just come along and mingle. The committee will all be identifiable and are happy to introduce you around.
PS: All MR Events are gender inclusive unless otherwise specified
PPS: Grouse has some accessibility challenges – 3 steps with handrails at the front entrance and one step to the rear. If you use a wheelchair or have other accessibility requirements please make contact with Melbourne Rubber and we will do everything we can to cater to those requirements.
**PARKING/ TRANSPORT** There is paid parking on Smith Street and surrounding streets. This venue does not have parking. There is a tram stop very close buy, as well as bus stops, and the closest train station is Collingwood. If you need assistance accessing the venue please touch base with Melbourne Rubber
**DRESS CODE** There is no strict dress code for rubdown events, but latex, neoprene, leather, uniform (no swastikas or police badges), fantasy, and fetish are encouraged. If you're wearing spikes, please be very careful around people in rubber.
