The meditation will begin promptly at 7:00 PM and end at 8:00 PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to make payment, find a seat, and get comfortable, as the doors will close at 7:00 PM and the meditation will begin.
What is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful, award-winning therapy developed by Marisa Peer. It combines the most effective principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to uncover and change deep subconscious beliefs that may be holding you back.
While this class is not an RTT session, it draws on the meditative and hypnotic elements of RTT to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner focus. You’ll enjoy a calming, restorative experience, and the opportunity to see yourself through a fresh, empowering lens.
