Join us for a nature-centered yoga practice in the heart of downtown Austin ✨🧘♀️
Expect a gentle flow and meditation surrounded by birds, trees and natively grown plants.
The food forest is a volunteer-run community forest garden with edible plants, so after or before yoga you are free to forage for some herbs—perfect for a Sunday tea ☕️🌿🫖
The food forest is a non-profit and this donation-based class helps support its continued growth. Everyone is welcome, and if you have the means please consider donating $5-20. 🌱
