Join us every Tuesday and Thursday night for a free High-Intensity-Interval workout focusing on body weight calisthenics, core/abs, and upper-body strengthening exercises to help you dominate those obstacles course races! Look for us at one of the two monkey bars areas in Jose Marti Park, 351 SW 4th Ave, Miami, FL 33144.
It's a quick 1-hour workout, with 2 rounds of 14 stations!
