I wanted to introduce Miami Runner Headquarters to everyone! Limited to 16 peeps. Zelle is $10 at the door.
Too many people have been getting hurt and not able to achieve their running goals so I thought of how I could help prevent this! This gave to the inception of Miami Runner HQ.
The focus revolves around optimizing performance, preventing injuries, and elevating strength, mobility, and flexibility.
Rather than going to PT when in pain, the weekly workshops offer a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles and achieving your personal record goals.
