Event Description:
This all levels yoga class was created for a gentle start to your Saturday morning. Connect to your breath and awaken the body through mindful stretches, warrior 2, tree pose, and savasana: final relaxation.
About Bianca Natali | 200 RYT + Wellness Program Creator
Bianca created the wellness program at THesis Hotel in 2022. Since then, she has hosted over 2,000 guests in the Paseo through Saturday Morning Yoga classes and wellness events. Her goal is to continue building community and partnering with local facilitators.
About Katerina Grunova | 200 RYT + March Guest Teacher
Katerina started her yoga journey about 4 years ago during quarantine. She started like most of us by watching videos on Youtube. When there was a chance in her life to get a job in a yoga studio, she didn’t hesitate a minute and started working as a receptionist. With the perk of free classes she discovered whole variety of types of yoga, from Restorative to Sculpt yoga. She absolutely fell in love with yoga and immediately saw the health and mental benefits. To deepen her practice and learn more about the philosophy of yoga, she did her 200hr YTT in 2023 and graduated in January 2024. She has been teaching since then. From Restorative through Vinyasa to Power Vinyasa. If you won’t catch her practicing or teaching yoga, she will probably be cooking delicious treats or heading to the beach.
What To Bring
Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle for hydration. Yoga mat rentals are limited.
Parking
Parking garage entrance is on US1 behind the hotel entrance and is estimated between $3-5 per hour. Their are also limited Pay by Phone parking spots outside of the hotel entrance. Valet is also available - prices vary depending on arrival.
Tickets are limited so please make sure to cancel your spot for someone else if you are no longer able to attend.
You will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival.
