Sharmistha Chatterjee is a brilliant Sufi, classical, and world-folk vocalist, known for her soul-stirring performances. She is the lead vocalist for Grammy-nominated pianist Louiz Banks’ Indo-Jazz fusion band, Ganga Shakti, and has also performed with legendary drummer Ranjit Barot & The Resistance.
Recently, she won a Filmfare Award for the hauntingly beautiful song "Tilasmi Bahein" from Heeramandi—a testament to her unmatched vocal prowess
