Join the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch at Canterbury City Cemetery!
The Canterbury Cemetery Friends invite you to come along for a fun, in-person event where you can get up close with nature. Whether you're a seasoned bird lover or just curious, this is a great chance to spot some beautiful feathered friends in a peaceful setting. Bring your binoculars, a picnic chair, and a keen eye, and let's see what birds call the cemetery home during this special Big Garden Birdwatch!
You can upload your free Merlin bird app to help you identify what birds you hear and see.
Meet at the main entrance of the cemetery at 9.15 am, and let’s see what we can spot. All are welcome to join the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch.
Limited free parking is available. Parents are asked to accompany young children.
Admission is FREE, but donations are greatly appreciated!
