Join us as we help the RSPB with their big garden birdwatch! We are running two free sessions, where you can help us record birds seen on our feeding station, learn some bird ID skills and help contribute towards the largest bird survey in England 🌳
This family friendly event is split into two sessions. The first session is 10am till 11am. The second session is 11.30am till 12.30pm. You are welcome to stay for the whole hour, or 10 mins, its your choice. We just want your help to record the birds that visit the feeders 🐦🦅
Binoculars and spotting scopes will be free to use amongst participants, and our friendly ranger team will be on hand to help identify and show you some amazing wildlife!
Please head to Cannock Chase visitor centre, on the 24th January, at your chosen time slot, to find out where to go and start your bird watch 🐣
Please note, this is a free event, so just arrive at the chosen time. If the viewing area gets full of participants, we will rotate people around, so everyone has a chance to view the feeders and help us record bird species!
We ask that children are accompanied by an adult for the duration of your time at the event.
This event will be cancelled if we have very heavy rain or storms.
