Come join us as RSO returns to the Route 9 Library to provide musical and cultural entertainment during their Holiday Open House. The event begins at 5pm and RSO will perform in the Black Box Theater starting at 7pm. Also performing will be The Greenhill Pansters, a steel band also based out of Wilmington and good friends of RSO!
