- Tickets once booked can't be cancelled or transferred to another member
- All participants are mandatory to stay at hotels provided
- Rooms allotted will be double occupancy. The same will be allotted by Atomy India.
- Kids are not allowed in the official meeting or session.
- No entry and exit allowed to the participants during the session
- EMI option for the payment for ticket booking is available only through a Credit Card
