Join Team RWB as we partner with Fit Life Health Club for a high energy spin class hosted by Fitness & Spin Instructor Charity Roybal. The spin class is scheduled for approximately 45 minutes. All fitness levels are welcome to attend.
RWB participants will not only get a free spin class, but will also receive a free day pass to utilize all cardio and strength training equipment!
This event will definitely be a lot of fun. Bring water and remember to wear your RWB colors!
