Hi folks,
With the AGM fast approaching here is the agenda and minutes of last year’s meeting. I hope you are all well and look forward to seeing you at The Rose on 2nd February. There will be a table in the back room of The Rose where I hope we will be. For the uninitiated The Rose is at 406 Napier St, Fitzroy VIC 3065. There is on-street parking around the pub and it is about 5 minutes walk from the 86 and 96 trams as well as various buses.
If you are not available to attend in person we would still love to have your company. Please let me know if you will be attending and I will send you a Zoom link.
The minutes from last year’s meeting are attached for your convenience.
At the meeting all committee positions will become vacant. The president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer positions are available. We will also decide how many ordinary members of the committee we want and then vote for them accordingly. We currently have four.
You may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf for the meeting, please inform me of this before the day.
You can ask them to vote a specific way or leave it up to them.
I would like to know if you want to nominate yourself or someone else for a role as it would make things run smoother on the day. You are however under no obligation to do so. If you do wish to nominate someone for a role please ask their permission first.
