This annual conference is the largest gathering of institutional research, planning, and effectiveness (IRPE) professionals in the California Community Colleges (CCC) system. Payments
Payments can be made by credit card or check. The RP Group will invoice you for your check payments, which should be received within 30 days of receiving the invoice and no later than March 19, 2025. Checks should be made payable to The RP Group and mailed to the following address:

Agenda
The Conference registration will open at 8:00 am on Wednesday, April 2, and kick-off for all participants at 9:30 am with a welcome session. The Conference will run until 6:00 pm (reception) on Wednesday, April 2, and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 3.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] and are not valid unless you receive a return confirmation that your email has been received. Cancellation requests received by March 7, 2025, will result in a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued if canceling after March 7, 2025.
Note: if your fees have not been paid at the time of cancellation, you will be invoiced for the appropriate amount based on your cancellation date and will be responsible for that payment, as your registration form constitutes a commitment on your part.
