SAVE THE DATE: We're hosting the annual Roylene Acres Block Party from 2-5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19. Rain day is always the next day.We ask that neighbors bring chairs/blankets and a side dish or dessert to share. The garden club provides the pork, vegetarian BBQ and drinks.
LOCATION: 5109 Norman Place.
NOTE: We always get a permit to block the street from the corners of Stockton/Jeffries and Norman/Jeffries, starting at around noon so we can do set up. Feel free to send your kids over early to ride their bikes! However, if you live on Norman and need to get to your house, feel free to move barricades but please replace them to protect those kids.

Just fyi: We'll be cooking a whole hog over wood starting Friday night at 5109 Norman Place, Raleigh. Please feel free to stop by and visit.
