Pageant Events
Beauty: This is your time to stand out and shine! Beauty is a mandatory onstage event; every contestant will do a beauty walk across stage. There will be several x’s marked on the stage where contestants should stop and turn, showcase your sparkle. You can turn at each x or the ones of your choosing. Time limit is 1 minute and 30 seconds. Judging will be based on facial beauty, personality and stage presence/overall appeal. Music is provided.
Dolly wear: To go with our theme we will be having a Dolly event. This is a free style modeling event and is included in our subreme package. This is your chance to show our judges your unique style. Dolly Parton was known for her sense of fashion! Dress up as your favorite Dolly. Big hair, boots and rhinestones were just a few of her staples. Think outside the box and have fun with it. Time limit is 1.5 minutes. Judging will be based on personality, stage presence and overall appearance. You may bring your own music or pick from our upbeat music list at registration.
Photo: One photo is included in your supreme package for free to be judged toward your supreme score. You may enter more photos for an additional fee. Judges will select one photo from your submissions to judge. Judging will be based on personality projected, facial beauty and overall appeal. All photos should be marked on back with name and age. Note: We will also have double crowned photo supremes that you may enter for an additional fee. See optional event below.
OPTIONAL EVENTS
Optional MISS DOLLY MEGA SUPREME: This title will go to the contestant who is entered in this event (You must be in it to win it) with the highest score. This is our highest pulled title. Don't miss your chance to shine like Dolly! Cost to enter is $25.00
Optional OOC: Wear your favorite outfit of your choice. This is an optional event which is used as a replacement score if its score is higher than your others. This is a way to bump up if you had a lower score in Dolly wear or Photo (above) Time limit is one minute and 30 seconds. You may bring your own music or pick from our music list at registration. Cost to enter is $25.00.
DOUBLE CROWNED OPTIONAL EVENTS
Optional Rhinestone Cowboy Western Wear: Dolly was the most ICONIC cowgirl around. Channel her in your best western outfit. Denim, rhinestones, cowprint, boots.. go crazy! This is an Double crowned Event. Time limit is one minute and 30 seconds. You may bring your own music or pick from our music list at registration. Cost to enter is $25.00
Optional Photogenic: This is a Miss Photogenic title will be a Double Crowned event. You may enter addtional photos (see below for pricing) Judging will be based on personality projected, facial beauty and overall appeal. All photos should be marked on back with name and age. Cost to enter is $25.00
Optional Talent: Show off your talent to the judges! This is an optional event, Double crowned titles! 2-minute time limit. Cost to enter is $25.00
Charity
Who will be crowned our Ultimate Grand Miss Charity? Charity is a fun way to win an extra title, sash, and crown while helping others. THere is no fee to enter just sell good luck wishes to your family & friends for $1.00 a piece. The contestant who sells the most tickets will receive our Ulitmate Grand Charity Title (double crowned). We will also enter tickets into a raffle for another Charity winner. All proceeds go to The Joshua House Youth and Community Center in Owego. Printable tickets below.
Optional Mommy & Me Wiggin' Out
We LOVE to include our moms in the pageant. After registration on Saturday we will hold a fun optional mommy & me event. Daughters/Sons grab your moms, big hair and rock your favorite Dolly. Have fun and make memories. Cost to enter is $20.00
Music
Beauty music will be provided for every contestant. Contestants cannot choose their beauty music. Contestant’s may provide their own music for any other onstage event or use from a list we have downloaded. Please have your music pulled up on a device that can be plugged into an aux cord. Provide your music to the emcee/DJ during line up. Make sure your music is pre downloaded to your device and put your device on airplane mode to avoid calls or text during your time. Also remove any cases that may interfere with plugging in. 1.5 limit. Music will be cut of at time limit regardless of if you are finished or not to stay on schedule as we have a lot to fit into one day.
Natural and Glitz restrictions
When entering the supreme package, you will need to tell us if you are competing as a natural or a glitz contestant. Below are the rules and guidelines to follow.
Natural contestants- you may wear mascara and clear lip gloss, no fake hair, eyelashes, flippers or spray tans. 9 and up divisions may wear age appropriate light makeup. Beauty clothing must be Sunday best. Photos may be naturally retouched.
Glitz contestants- you may wear any makeup, wear fake hair, eyelashes, spray tans, nails and flippers. No clothing restrictions. No restrictions on photo retouching.
Note: these guidelines apply for BEAUTY and ONE INCLUDED PHOTO. All other onstage events are anything goes for natural and glitz. You may enter photos in both natural and glitz for an additional fee.

The “Bumping System”
For all that are not familiar with the “Bumping System,” it is a system used to pull the supreme winners from winning the other titles. If a supreme title is taken the contestant is pulled from winning any other titles excluding double crowned titles. Below is the order in which our scoring systems pulls titles. Print this off and bring with you to crowning.
Beauty and your additional two highest event scores are used to pull titles. (Dolly wear, photo, OOC)
2 Ultimate Mega Supremes
There will be 1 Natural and 1 Glitz Ultimate Mega Supreme. These winners will be the contestants with the highest supreme scores out of all age groups. (must be entered in optional mega to win this title)
6 Ultimate Grand Supremes
There will be two 0-6 (Natural and Glitz), two 7-14 (Natural and Glitz), two 15-Up (Natural and Glitz) Ultimate Grand Supreme winners. These winners will be the contestants with the next highest supreme scores out of the age breakdowns.
6 Grand Supremes
There will be two 0-6 (Natural and Glitz), two 7-14 (Natural and Glitz), two 15-Up (Natural and Glitz) a Grand Supreme winners. These winners will be the contestants with the next highest supreme scores out of the age breakdowns.
1 Boy Grand Supreme, 1 Boy Mini Supreme
6 Mini Supremes
There will be two 0-6 (Natural and Glitz), two 7-14 (Natural and Glitz), two 15-Up (Natural and Glitz) Mini Supreme winners. These winners will be the contestants with the next highest supreme scores out of the age breakdowns.
2 Overall most beautiful
One natural, one glitz. Contestant with the next highest supreme score.
2 Directors Choice
One natural, one glitz. Contestant with the next highest supreme score.
3 Grand Theme Wear Supremes
There will be one 0-6, one 7-14, one 15-Up Theme Wear Supremes. After the above titles are pulled this will go to the contestant with the next highest Dolly wear score.
3 Grand OOC/Western Supremes
There will be one 0-6, one 7-14, one 15-Up OOC Supremes. After the above titles are pulled this will go to the contestant with the next highest OOC/Western score. Must be entered in the event to qualify for this title.
Supreme Queens/ Supreme Kings
After the above titles are pulled this will go to the contestant with the next highest supreme score in each age division.
Division Queens/ Division Kings
After the above titles are pulled this will go to the contestant with the next highest beauty score in each age division.
Princesses/Princes
After the above titles are pulled this will go to the contestant with the next highest beauty score in each age division.
Double crowned titles
2 Ultimate Photo
Two Ultimate Grand Supremes (1 Natural, 1 Glitz). This will go to the contestant with the highest photo score out of all age groups. You must be entered in this photogenic event to qualify for this title.
4 Photo Supremes
Two 0-6 (1 Natural, 1 Glitz) and two 7 and up (1 Natural and 1 Glitz) Photo Supremes. These will go to the contestant with the next highest photo score out of each age groups. You must be entered in this photogenic event to qualify for this title.
3 Rhinestone Cowboy Supremes
One ultimate talent supreme, one grand talent supreme, one mini talent supreme.
3 Talent Supremes
One ultimate talent supreme, one grand talent supreme, one mini talent supreme.
3 Chairty Supremes
One Ultimate Charity Supreme (sells most good luck wishes), one Grand Charity Supreme (sells second most good luck wishes), and one Mini Chairty Supreme (pulled from raffle).
