Group Coaching
Summary: These sessions are an opportunity to work in groups to explore a challenge you have with the support of your Accelerator peers, facilitated by Acceleration Managers.
Designed for business owners on our Accelerator programme, these events provide a safe environment and a platform for support, challenge, and accountability. We use a variety of models that combine coaching questions, listening skills, shared experiences and insights.
What you can expect from the session:
• Networking: You’ll have plenty of opportunity to get to know your fellow entrepreneurs as well as the opportunity to introduce yourself and
practice your 60 second pitch.
• Coaching: Please come to the session with an ask or a problem that you would like to solve within your business, then your fellow founders can
help you find solutions.
* * Note to Acceleration Managers (Choose one description depending on which model you’re using) **
• GROW model: we’ll support you to fully-utilise the GROW model; a tool that you can use to overcome challenges and obstacles within your
business.
• Nancy Kline: work in pairs with a fellow founder. You’ll have space to think about your challenges and explore assumptions that may be
blocking your progress to overcome these.
• Implementation: be held accountable to those tasks that you have been avoiding, those, 'eat the frog tasks'. You will let your peers know what
tasks you want to complete in the hour and then come back at the end of the session to share your learnings and achievements.
